We have recently undertaken the refurbishment of two local hotels, from the complete refurbishment of all rooms, the bar and restaurant area at the Urban Beach Hotel in Boscombe.
Where the owners had big plans for the hotel and had employed an interior designer to bring the rooms up to a boutique hotel standard.
Working with an interior designer the was key with this project was the ability to accurately interpret the designers vision into the finished rooms.
The refurbishment of the bar and restaurant in Bournemouth's only purpose built Art Deco hotel the Cumberland Hotel,
was also another occasion where we worked closely alongside an interior designer to create a modern but Art Deco feel for the hotel.
We are now currently working on the refurbishment of their rooms to bring these up to an equal standard.
Both of the projects have had very tight deadlines which we are proud to have achieved.

Building an extension might seem like a relatively easy thing to do, some walls, a roof and then some decoration inside!
But there are a few more things to take into consideration, how do you get that wonderful open plan space? what will support the roof, so you can have those lovely sliding doors that bring the outside space inside?
Getting this part correct right from the start will help to save you a lot of stress and money in the long run. So an architect that understands what you want to achieve is key to getting your extension off to the right start, then there will be no surprises when the building work actually begins.

When having a new conservatory built, you might think that you will only need a builder to prepare the footings and build the wall that the conservatory is going to sit on.
And while this is a very important part to get right, as you want to make sure you are not going to have any problems in the future as this can be very costly to put right.
What about some of the other things you might need to take into consideration before you have the conservatory fitted?
How many power points will you need? What about heating? Under floor heating is ideal for a conservatory as it doesn't take up space or get in the way.
And what about air conditioning? conservatories can get very hot in the summer months and leaving the door open may not be an option, especially if you have children!
So as with most things nothing is ever as straight forward as it may seem, but by talking to us before you start we can help to sort out all these points, so your conservatory will be enjoyable right from the start and for many years after that.

This is the one thing that we believe is key to getting your project right. So many times people think that they will save money by researching it themselves and not consulting a proper architect or structural engineer.
But this could easily ends up costing you more and taking longer as the builders come across unforeseen problems or have to change specifications if the original information was incorrect.
How do you know if you are talking to the correct professional? how do you know if they are any good?
Well that's where we come in, all the people we recommend are people we use on our projects. So no matter what type of project you are undertaking, even a self-build, we can help you to achieve what you want with the minimal stress and aggravation.
